My projects
KiDSiE
KiDSiE's business pivot required transforming their user experience from a marketplace to an ecommerce site. As a designer, I addressed this by redesigning the platform to reduce the high cart dropout rate, improving navigation, and enhancing the overall user journey to support sustainable shopping for discounted kids' items.
Moleskine Notebook
Moleskine seeks to enhance their Smart Notebooks by integrating a social networking feature, allowing users to share their creative work, build meaningful connections, and foster a community. This aims to boost user engagement, retention, and brand loyalty while maintaining Moleskine’s tradition of literary and artistic creativity. The goal is to transition from a marketplace model to a dynamic e-commerce platform, addressing high cart dropout rates and creating a seamless, user-friendly experience that promotes sustainable shopping practices.
Stoby's Fish & Chips
Redesign of Stobis’s Fish & Chips website, my research focuses on understanding user preferences, behavior, and pain points to enhance the overall user experience. The goal is to create a user-friendly, intuitive, and engaging online platform that boosts customer satisfaction and encourages repeat visits and orders. By identifying areas for improvement in the current design and gathering insights into user behavior, I aim to inform the redesign process. The objective is to develop a visually appealing website that effectively communicates Stobis’s Fish & Chips' brand identity, captures user attention, and promotes exploration and engagement through improved layouts, imagery, typography, and responsiveness.
